Once the eSIM has been activated, a phone number will then be generated for the eSIM. Please follow the steps below to check the eSIMs phone number for both Android and iOS devices:

Roamify eSIMs can either be data-only or include call and SMS capabilities. If you have a data-only eSIM, it will not have a phone number linked to it.

On Android:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Scroll down and select About Phone. (For Samsung devices, you can already see the number here)

  3. Tap on Status.

  4. Look for the My Phone Number section, where the eSIM number should be listed.

On iOS:

  1. Open the Settings app.

  2. Tap on Phone.

  3. Select My Number, and you should see the eSIM phone number displayed there.

Troubleshooting: What if the Phone Number Isn't Visible?

  • Ensure Activation: Double-check that your eSIM is properly installed and activated. Restart your phone if necessary.

  • Check Network Settings: Some eSIMs require specific settings. Follow your network provider's guide, such as setting the network to T-Mobile.

  • Manual Account Check: If issues persist, contact support for a manual account review or update.

In some cases, the phone number may still not be displayed after troubleshooting. In such situations, we recommend contacting support to have your eSIM profile or account manually reviewed.
