Troubleshooting eSIM Installation Issues

For Motorola Devices (e.g., Motorola G85):

  • Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that Wi-Fi is turned on before starting the installation process.

  • Verify eSIM Status: Check if the eSIM is already installed on your device. Go to your phone’s list of eSIMs to confirm. If an eSIM is already installed and has generated data usage, the installation was successful.

  • Regional Limitations: Some eSIMs may only become active in specific regions. For example, certain eSIMs won't function until you arrive in Venezuela (network: Movistar).
