My QR code isn’t working, what should I do?

If you're having difficulty scanning your QR code, we've made a checklist to help you figure out the issue:


Step 1: Confirm that your phone is compatible with eSIMs. If you are unsure if it’s compatible, please refer to one of our guides.


Step 2: Confirm that you are connected to Wi-Fi, as you can not install a Roamify eSIM without Wi-Fi.


Step 3: Try setting up your eSIM manually. Simply enter the details provided.


Step 4: Did you already scan the QR code? If so, you may have already installed the eSIM successfully. To check, go into settings, and navigate to your Cellular/SIM card settings.
